By using MagiQueue, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

MagiQueue is a virtual queue service for conventions and events. Fans join queues to meet content creators and receive SMS notifications about their queue status.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By joining a queue and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from MagiQueue, including:

• Queue join confirmation
• Your turn notification (with location)
• Invite voided notification
• Queue closed notification

Message frequency varies based on queue activity (typically 1-4 messages per queue session). Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@magicqapp.com.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, provide false information, or attempt to manipulate queue positions.

6. Limitation of Liability

MagiQueue is provided "as is." We are not liable for SMS delivery delays, missed notifications, or event-related issues beyond our control.
